This self-catering unit is a ground floor unit with beautiful partial sea views. This upmarket unit sleeps six persons with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The living area is open planned consisting of a lounge area with leather lounge suite for 6 persons and a TV. The dining room seats six. Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, crockery and cutlery. Large patio with patio furniture and partial seaviews. The apartment has Wifi and DSTV Holiday Package.

The main bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom, shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom consists of a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet.

The unit is situated 850m from the beach. There is a large communal saline pool and clubhouse with a gym, sauna, table tennis, pool table, tennis courts, a jungle gym and braai facilities. The unit is serviced and sanitized for your arrival. No bath or beach towels supplied.

Malibu 32 is in Beverly Hills Eco Estate. Beverly Hills Estate is fully gated and fenced with manned security.

32 Malibu has a double lock up garage and one open parking.
